In my private time, I play trombone in Carefree Big Band, sing in Herrängens kör and also do some photography, examples can be found below. I also spend considerable time with my five children ranging in age from 16 to 32 and two grandchildren aged 1 and 2.

My little brother’s (Håkan Fröjdh) description of catamaran (A-cat) sailing. Check out the cool movies at the bottom of the page.  He is an excellent sailor with a small but really fast boat (LYS 1.86). 

My father (Roy Fröjdh) is the author of several books:

  • “SVENSKA VINGAR 7 – Guldvingen” his time as a pilot in the Swedish Airforce. “
  • “Arbetsplats cockpit del 1” and
  • “Arbetsplats cockpit del 2”: His time as an airliner pilot in SAS.  

On an involuntary inverted Laser Pico in cold water in the Stockholm archipelago.
